Alberta Scruggs
Alberta Scruggs is a licensed and registered dietitian and nutritionist with nearly 30 years of experience in health, wellness, and nutrition education. She specializes in weight management, heart disease prevention, diabetes education, and healthy living. A passionate advocate for whole-person wellness, Alberta combines evidence-based nutrition guidance with a faith-centered approach to help individuals make lasting lifestyle changes. At Community Health Day, she will share practical insights on nutrition, self-care, and strategies for living a healthier life.
Refreshments and a light lunch will follow the worship service.
